My recipe is mainly based on the rabbit's chocolate oatmeal cookie cup: https://www.xiachufang.com/recipe/101757334/but I have improved it according to my own situation and experience, it is very convenient to shape and the size is just right~ The shape also refers to the edge of Godiva's crispy tube~ The following formula can make 6 of the three small mousse molds. If there is no mold, it doesn't matter, I have tried it with Muffin paper cups, the size is similar to the effect is perfect ~ even more convenient to shape
Soften the butter at room temperature, add white sugar and brown sugar, and whipped with a manual egg beater until the butter becomes fluffy.
Add the egg and continue to stir until the texture is as shown in the picture. (It is recommended here that the egg temperature is the best, otherwise there will be oil and water separation, increasing the difficulty of mixing)

The chocolate has not solidified yet, and it quickly sticks to a sticky nut.
