Mulberry goes to the roots to keep the flesh
Shake the mulberry pulp by hand, add 100 grams of water and sugar to the microwave for 1 minute.
After the mulberry juice is heated, slowly add it to the glutinous rice flour and mix it into granules with chopsticks. After the granules are granulated, half a bowl of juice will be left.
Then smash it into a ball
Pinch into small balls (the small master strongly urges the big, medium and small)
Put water and rock sugar in the pot, boil and put in the small balls. After the pellets float, pour in the remaining mulberry juice and cook until the balls are floating.
Be sure to use hot water (fruit juice) and powder, so that the powder is softer and less prone to disperse; sugar water is added to sugar according to your taste (other than Fangzi)
