I bought a butter curry chicken food bag from MUJI in Japan, but I couldn't read Japanese. I didn't see Chinese recipes after searching for a circle. So I researched myself, and asked Japanese friends to translate and finally developed the practice!
Chicken/beef is cut into small cubes. Marinate with seasoning powder 1 for 15 minutes.
Pour the wild vegetable sauce into the pot and cook over medium and small heat. (This step does not require adding water)
Stir the beef in a hot oil pan for 2 minutes. (It is recommended to use butter) Beef can also be used first.
After the potatoes are cooked, peel them. Cut small pieces. Cook into the butter pan and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Put the beef and potatoes in the cooked wild vegetable sauce pot. Small fire, stirring. Until the chicken is cooked white. (If you haven't used chicken or simmered chicken before) add 100ml of water. Cover the lid with a small fire and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Open a big fire and collect juice. Pour in the seasoning powder 2 and stir for 3 minutes. Finished.
In addition to potatoes, you can also add carrots, spinach and other meats you like. The final product is a thick sauce. If you like soup, add more water in front and cook less for a while, but the taste will be lighter. This is a very rice-consuming dish!
