The steamed tofu with minced meat is often done before. It seems that I haven't done it for a long time. (Lazy cancer is guilty.) I thought about it again today, and suddenly I want to build a recipe. (The whim is not a step.)
Minced pork, mustard
Take a small bowl and adjust the juice (to avoid the trouble when burning)
Tofu remove the slice code into the bowl and sprinkle with mustard
From the oil pan, sauté the minced meat, pour the seasoning sauce, turn off the fire and pour over the tofu.
Put in the steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
When you take it out, you will see that the tofu is steamed out of water, and the soup is poured back into the frying pan, and the juice is thickened and poured on the tofu.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion
