Steps:

  1. Half a bowl of millet and mung bean, washed and drained for use.

  2. Prepare a medium-sized pot and boil in half a pot.

  3. After the water is opened, add the washed millet and mung bean. Bring the water to the water and turn it to the minimum. Cook for half an hour.

  4. Turn to medium heat, add a bowl of cold boiled water, wait for the water to boil again, cook for about 10 minutes on low heat, and the porridge is thick.

Tips:

Adding cold water in the middle will help the mung bean to cook quickly.
