Triple boiled lotus seeds, boil and simmer for 15 minutes, boil, and cook over low heat. Repeat until the surface of the lotus seed is slightly cracked.
After the lotus seeds are boiled, add a small amount of milk and rock sugar, boil again, then turn off the heat and cover for five minutes (to be iced).
It is best to use dried lotus seeds, do not soak in the soft beforehand, and many experiments have proved that the lotus seeds in advance are not easy to boil.
