I cooked a pot of warm fish soup for myself and my family. There are lotus roots, kelp, half grass carp, lotus roots and grass carp. They are grown in the river. The kelp is in the sea. The soups with these three ingredients are very delicious. They only need to add salt and do not need too much decoration. It is already delicious.
After removing the internal organs and descaling, the grass carp is cut into large pieces, put a small amount of oil in the frying pan, and fry until both sides are slightly yellowed.
Put the fried fish pieces into the casserole, add the onion and ginger slices, boil over high heat, and simmer for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, put in a peeled and cut into a large lotus root, then simmer for 15 minutes.
Put kelp knot for 10 minutes
Put in the washed oysters and cook for another ten minutes.
Put the salt in front of the pot and bring it out.
Fish can be used without the grass carp, or you can change it to your favorite river fish to make this soup, but remember to fry in a frying pan to make a white fish soup.
