No need to start the pot. Put the tomatoes, onions, vinegar, salt, and sugar in a pan. I like to put some spices. Cook until the consistency is appropriate. Because it is hot when cooked, it looks very thin, it will be thick when it is cold. Celery is not a taste that everyone likes.
I like to use a blender to make the sauce finer. Cook again. Finish the ketchup.
Tomato sauce with garlic, red bell pepper powder, Li Pai Lin juice (I think only Li Pai Lin's delicious, may be used to small), vinegar, sugar. The amount is adjusted by yourself. Feel good. Ketchup turns into a barbecue sauce!
