Walking in the streets of Japan in the evening, I will smell the tempting smell of grilled chicken skewers from time to time. It is often seen that the small shop is full of guests, three or five friends, order a skewer of meat, and talk to each other happily. Japanese chicken skewers are not only chicken legs and chicken breasts, but also many chickens are used for barbecues. Today Echo wants to introduce my favorite green onion chicken breast skewers. The chicken breast is slightly yellowed and fragrant. The green onions are crispy and juicy, and they are full of sweetness. It is a natural pair. With a refreshing side dish and a glass of sake, the gods are just that.
Soak the bamboo sticks in the water so that the bamboo sticks are black when the fish is fried. If you use a metal sign, you don't need to bubble.
Then come to the teriya sauce, the good sauce is half the success. Pour the whole portion of the teriyaki sauce material except the soup, and pour all the other ingredients into the stockpot until the sugar is completely melted. Then mix the starch and water in the soup in a small bowl, pour into the stockpot, and thicken the soup slightly. The finished product has about 1 cup, and the endless sauce can be used to cook other dishes such as chicken legs.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes of almost the same thickness as the green onions. Pour in 4-5 tbsp teriyaki sauce and marinate. Then prepare the portion of the vegetables.
Cut the scallion and the firmer green portion of the green onion into small pieces of almost the same width as the chicken.
Cut the carrots and snow peas into thin strips, cut the small carrots into thin slices, mix well and serve as a side dish.
Then, make the sauce, mix and mix the sauce ingredients, mix about 1/3 of the sauce into the side dish to make the salad dressing, and the remaining sauce will be used to brush the skewers.
Put chicken and green onions on the bamboo sticks and wear about 10 sticks.
Pour a small amount of cooking oil into the pan (preferably with a thick-bottomed pan), add the skewers, first fry over medium heat for about 6 minutes to ensure that the skewers are fully cooked, and the meat skewers should be turned over from time to time. Then, fry in high heat for about 2 minutes, until the surface is golden. Before the pot is cooked, spread the sauce on both sides of the skewer. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds!
