Tips:

Olive oil is best to use the kind that can be heated at high temperature. If it is not possible, use ordinary vegetable oil. Ordinary olive oil is not very good after heating at high temperature, and my pot manual has a reminder. It is not recommended to use ordinary olive oil to heat, and the pot coating is not good. 3. I personally think that the spices can not be too large, but the black pepper salt and red wine are given a little more, and the taste is more pure. 4. The picture was taken after I had stewed for less than two hours, because it was too hungry to hold, and there was no entrance. The remaining half of the time I had stewed for three hours, stayed for dinner and then ate.
