  1. Black beans are washed and soaked for 4 hours in advance.

  2. Boil the black beans with water and brown sugar for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat. Don't cover the pot and simmer for 4-5 hours. The amount of water is about 2-3 cm higher than the black beans.

  3. Boil for the first time for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat for 4-5 hours.

  4. Finally boil again, stir while cooking, and turn off the heat when the soup is almost dry. Allow to cool and put it in a sealed box and store it in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. You can add some honey to sprinkle some white sesame seeds before each meal.
