  1. Put the egg yolk, a small amount of milk, and white sugar into a milk pot and mix it with water at about 80 °C until it is thick. Allow to stand and cool.

  2. Take another pot and send the light cream (don't hit too much).

  3. A small amount of whipped cream is placed in the egg yolk mixture and stirred until no granules.

  4. Add the remaining whipped cream and mix well.

  5. Place the well-mixed mixture in the freezer of the refrigerator and freeze for 3-4 hours.

  6. When the time of freezing is approaching, the Oreo biscuits are crushed into pieces.

  7. Take out the frozen ice cream, topped with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with some crackers. Finished!
