500g of flour was placed in a pot and 20g of Angel Puffing Agent was added and 350g of warm water of 50-60 degrees was stirred and kneaded into dough.
Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 to 30 minutes.
Squeeze the dough by hand to make a dose! Stack the two doses together and press them with chopsticks.
Put in a hot oil pan and fry until golden brown.
