After the garlic is removed from the head and tail, it is cut into 3~5cm sections and washed with water.
The sausage is washed with warm water and cut into pieces.
Put a little oil in the pot, pour it into the garlic and slowly stir fry (the sausage will be fried in the sausage, so don't add too much oil)
