Orange jelly is sweet and sour, and it's easy to do.
Peeling orange juice
Mix apple gum with 20 grams of white sugar, weigh 45 grams of maltose syrup and 130 grams of white sugar
Heat the orange juice to forty degrees, add the mixture of apple gum and white sugar, stir and heat to boiling.
After boiling, turn to low heat, pour in the maltose syrup and the remaining sugar, and stir while stirring to avoid the pan.
Mix the syrup and continue to heat it to a thick heat. Pour into a lunch box with plastic wrap or oil paper.
After one to two hours, the syrup solidifies and the solidified syrup is cut into pieces (preferably fine sugar, I don't directly wrap the ordinary sugar).
Wrapped cornstarch can also be wrapped without sugar.
