Today I thought about using barbecued pork sauce to make skewers, but because Lee Kum Kee barbecued pork sauce is sweet, it suddenly Imagine adding bean paste inside, I want to try this combination, there is no special flavor. The effect is good, so there is this recipe! Peacock even eats four strings and still does not finish... This recipe can be a medium-sized string 8 strings.



  1. Dispose of all the sauce, ginger and onion in accordance with the instructions in the material, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, put in the pork and plum meat, try to clear the air in the fresh-keeping bag, tie it up, hand evenly to make the sauce and meat. Tightly fit together and put in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. The next day, the marinated meat is taken out of the refrigerator and warmed, and then cut into pieces of similar size (not recommended to cut too small, otherwise it is not good to eat).

  3. Red pepper, green pepper, and onion are cut into squares of similar size (rectangular squares are available), preferably in the same size as the meat is cut into pieces, placed in a container, add a little oil and freshly ground black pepper powder, and grasp by hand. Let stand for 15 minutes.

  4. Use bamboo sticks to separate the vegetables and meat in the order you like. Apply all the skewers with the remaining sauce, preheat the oven to 220 degrees, place the skewers in the oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes. (Remember to place a baking sheet of tin foil or baking paper under the grill, because there will be dripping sauce during the baking process, it will be easy to clean if you put tin foil or baking paper)

  5. Stir the meat skewers with honey and a small amount of warm water.

  6. Remove the skewers and apply honey water to the skewers. The temperature of the oven is added to 230 degrees, and the upper layer is baked for 5-8 minutes. After taking it out, sprinkle black pepper and eat!


Must use pork and plum meat, fat and thin cut into pieces and then roast will have a fat and thin taste. The type of vegetables can be chosen by yourself, but the colors of red, green and white are very good.
