You can also fry directly in a non-stick pan, open the minimum fire, pour the oatmeal into it, stir it up from time to time, about 20-25 minutes, but the frequency of stir fry is relatively high, especially the taste of maple syrup, a little longer at the bottom That piece will be burnt off, at this time, throw away the burnt black part.
When roasting / frying, you can cut the banana slices into small pieces, oatmeal grilled / sauteed, add the dried fruit ingredients, mix well (picture is used before other dried fruit)
After the cereal is cool, it can be sealed and stored. It can be used for more than 1 month.

It is a bit sticky, and I use it to soak the water. It will be too sweet to be seen in the back. Others reflect this. The cereal made from this formula is very dry. The taste of maple syrup is not particularly sweet. It has a slight salty taste without sugar and oil, and the aroma of cinnamon. It’s good to use it as a snack and breakfast, and the burden is very low. 5. Some people also use ready-to-eat oatmeal, and they will use a grinder for 1 second. I think it is not necessary to break it. It reduces the taste. Even though the oatmeal is much cheaper, there is no good taste of the original oatmeal. 6. The original oatmeal is very hard to eat directly. Many people like to put it in the milk and cook it for a while. However, since Granola has been roasted/fried, it can be eaten directly.
