I have always loved glutinous rice and found that there are two bags of glutinous rice in the house. I took some dumplings and rolled it in the super fragrant soybean powder~
Pour the glutinous rice flour into the pot (add some amount of sugar according to your own taste), and add water (hot water) to the dough. (Note: the water should not be too much, the dough should not be too soft, otherwise it will not be easy to break into a shaped dough.)
Dip some glutinous rice flour on your hands and take the dough into a dumpling. Random size.
Boil a pot of water, put in the dumplings, float and then roll for another four minutes, see the volume of the dumplings become larger, remove, and put the prepared soy flour into the white sugar.
It’s fine to roll in the soy flour. I like to pour some white sugar, eat more powder, and taste more.
