The glutinous rice balls are smashed into balls of about 40g in size, and the balls are as large as possible, so that the steamed balls will be soft and hard.
Put it in the pot again and steam for 15 minutes.
The soft and soft meatballs are good. This meatball is very suitable for the small spot on the Spring Festival dinner table.
The steaming process is about 40 minutes, so be sure to put enough water.
