This "Girl's Cheese Tower" is a fruit and cheese tower that I have eaten with friends when I have afternoon tea at the hotel. I personally feel good, thick cheese aroma, mixed with pineapple grains, and the taste is quite rich. And again, the looks are pretty fresh and lovely, right? Of course, it is impossible to completely clone the hotel. This is my adaptation of the cream cherry (fruit cheese tower) ~ (the food is suitable for 8 inch tower molds)
Take one-third of the pineapple, peeled diced (about the size of soybeans), marinate with fine sugar for a while, then fry the juice in a pan and cool for later use.
Add the cream cheese with softening at room temperature or microwave oven, add yogurt and sugar, and smooth until no granules. Add egg, lemon juice and corn starch one by one. Add each step and mix.
Pour out the cheese paste for later use. Continue to add softened butter, powdered sugar (or fine sugar) to the cooking bowl, mix well with egg yolk, add low-gluten flour, a small amount of salt and mix well until no dry powder is OK.
The tart dough is left to stand for a while, placed on the oil paper, flattened, and then covered with a piece of oil paper, with a rolling pin, smashed to the tower mold size, the thickness is as uniform as possible. Then remove a piece of oil paper, hold the tower with a layer of oil paper, carefully turn it into the tower mold, gently trim and compact, the edge can be repaired neatly with a scraper~
Preheat the oven 180 ° ~ the bottom of the tower is evenly poked with a fork, pour the cheese paste, sprinkle the pineapple granules (or pour the pineapple granules into the cheese paste and pour it, please feel free), and send it to the oven 160 degrees ~ 170 ° Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Decoration: light cream and fine sugar, sent to the extent of scented flowers, put into the scented flower bag for spare (I didn't have it at the time, use the spoon), the girl's outer coat was torn open and turned into a flower sample.
The cheese tower is baked, cooled, and finally decorated~
