When I grow up, my dreams come true because we can make gingerbread houses ourselves. The house made of gingerbread, the snow made of icing, can also be decorated with candy of all sizes. In short, being a house to eat is now an easy task. So, with the opportunity of Christmas, I rounded out my childhood dream. Such a lovely gingerbread house doesn't need to be perfect, but it will definitely be wonderful. The following weight, I made a gingerbread house as shown in the picture, and also made a lot of small gingerbread.
To be a gingerbread house, of course you need to design it and draw the gingerbread house in your mind. Imagine what your cabin looks like, then draw all the parts of it on paper and cut the model with scissors. After designing the drawing and cutting the paper model, let’s start

When the dough is first formed, the surface of the dough will be rough. Continue patiently for a while until the dough surface is smooth. Put the kneaded dough into the refrigerator and relax for 1 hour.
The loose dough was placed on a chopping board and rolled into a thin sheet of about 0.3 cm thick. (If the board is not big enough, you can divide the dough into small portions and divide them into pieces.) Place the cut noodles on the baking sheet (try not to deform), use a fork to poke some holes (or not), brush a layer of egg water, let stand for 20 minutes, then brush a layer of egg water. Put in a preheated oven, the middle layer is fired 180 degrees, 12-18 minutes (depending on the size of the biscuits), baked to your favorite color to remove
A plate must not be baked, so don't worry, we have to test all the plates, we must bake all the 'parts', do not miss. Finally, you also need to bake a large dough piece as a base.
Once the cookies are baked and cooled, you can start assembling the gingerbread house. First make a protein icing cream: mix the protein and powdered sugar, add the lemon juice, and continue to send it into a protein icing. (This step is very simple, you don't have to use an electric egg beater, just use a manual egg beater.)
A good icing, the consistency can be adjusted as needed. For example, in my gingerbread house, the frosting used to bond the house should be thicker, so you can add a little lemon juice or add some sugar powder. The icing on the decorative roof should be a little thin, so you can add a little more lemon juice.
Start building a house on the pedestal. First assemble the bottom and use icing to stick the corresponding cookies as shown.

Finally, tune some of the thinner icings and brush them on the roof with a whipped cream. Then decorate the house according to your own preferences, and sprinkle some powdered sugar on the whole house, and the dream house will be completed. Ginger powder and cinnamon powder are available in supermarkets, and the dosage can be increased or decreased according to your own taste.
