  1. Appropriate amount of hot water to brew Tianma tablets (Tongma powder).

  2. Beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt.

  3. After the gas is cooled to room temperature, pour in the egg liquid and mix well.

  4. Boil the water in the steamer, add the egg yolk, and steam for 10 minutes.

  5. After taking out, pour a little sesame oil and steamed fish oyster sauce.
