It is delicious with rice or pasta.
Garlic and parsley are minced. Fresh scallops can be used to remove excess water from kitchen paper (to ensure no water when frying)
Put the olive oil in the pot, heat it to a hotter level, and pour in the fresh shellfish; try to make each fresh shell flat on the bottom of the pot and touch the oil. Do not stir for about half a minute.
Pour in the garlic, stir gently and stir for about half a minute.
Add the parsley (with pasta to parsley), add salt (can taste a little black pepper)
Quickly stir up the fire. Finally, put a small piece of butter and melt it in the fresh scallops.
