A pork practice that I especially liked since I was a child. We are called white water meat. This time I asked my father, pork is best to choose the front part of the sandwich because the meat is best to eat the most suitable way to eat.
Wash the pork (do not cut it), drain the garlic cloves with a knife face, slice the ginger, and cut the green onion;
Pour cold water into the pot, add ginger slices, 2 garlic cloves and shallots, then pour the whole piece of pork into the cooking wine and boil, simmer the floating foam, add a few drops of white vinegar, and simmer until the whole piece of pork. Cooked;
Turn off the heat, remove the pork, wash it, cut into pieces or slice, drain and set aside;
Heat up the pot, pour the oil, add ginger, 4 garlic cloves, add pork and stir fry, then pour in the right amount of water, add more pork, add a bowl, boil over low heat, sprinkle with salt and simmer until pork is cooked. Rotten can be out of the pot.
Add the garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil to the seasoning bowl and mix well to make the dip.
Practice 2: In the above step 2, add all the garlic cloves and put them into the salt and slowly stew until they are cooked. Take it out and put it in the refrigerator after a little cold. When you think of it, you can slice it directly and eat it. It is very convenient to use as a cold dish.
