  1. Wash the spinach for use.

  2. Add the chopped garlic foam to the hot pot and fry the color to turn off the heat. Bring it into a small bowl, add some salt and sugar to the rest of the room, and pour it into the chopsticks.

  3. After the water is opened, add the spinach to a hot boil for about 30 seconds. After a long time, the spinach will turn yellow (you can add some oil to brighten the color during the hot process).

  4. Finally, remove and pour the sauce that has been adjusted.
