Recipe: Garlic sweet potato leaves

Steps:

Tender sweet potato leaves, to the upper part of the leaves.

Heat the oil pan, change to a small fire, and put a portion of the minced garlic and sauté the sweet potato leaves. Quickly stir up a few times. Under the salt, turn off the fire. Add the remaining portion of the minced garlic and mix well.
Tips:
The tender sweet potato leaves are fried a few times.
