This is a quick-food dish, and I eat green leafy vegetables in the summer. Nothing to introduce, eat it!
The spinach leaves to the leaves, cut off, washed and drained. If you are not afraid of the leaves, keep it.
Cut garlic, cut red pepper and cut into small pieces
Heat the oil in a pot, add the garlic to the garlic and sauté the red pepper.
Stir the garlic into the spinach, stir fry, add salt and chicken seasoning.
Stir fry evenly
Be sure to stir-fry, and a small fire will cause the spinach to darken.
