It’s hard to do a meal for one person or two people. I’m very lazy, so I really like this kind of rice that is boring.



  1. Cut the ribs and eat them in a bite. Then rinse with water until the color of the water is not cloudy.

  2. Put the garlic into the end, add the soy sauce and the salt and marinate the ribs.

  3. If you have time, you can marinate for an hour. If you don't have time, you can have 10 minutes.

  4. The potatoes are peeled and cut into the same size as the ribs.

  5. Rice, rice, rice

  6. When cooking rice, pour the ingredients together. When the rice is cooked, you can eat it.


If you feel too salty after boring, add some butter or soy sauce and mix it. I am writing here for two people. Personal preference is to see what kind of taste you like. I generally recommend not putting too much garlic... Tone Heavy...
