Add three spoons of soy sauce, cooking wine and oyster sauce, one spoonful of brown sugar and starch, one spoonful of pepper and pepper powder, one teaspoon of bean paste, garlic and ginger. Stir well and refrigerate overnight
The refrigerated ribs are brushed with a special sauce: Korean hot sauce, two spoons of honey + white sesame + a little bit of water and evenly mixed
Oven 200 degree preheating
Wrap the ribs in tin foil and bake in the middle for 20 minutes. Take the tin foil above, brush a layer of honey and continue to bake for 10 minutes.
