I want to make a statement, this dish is not what I came up with, it was learned in the book "Eggs, Come to the Bowl". Eggs are one of my favorite foods. Whether it's cooking or frying, it's my favorite practice. Boiled eggs are the easiest way to cook. It can always be boring to eat boiled eggs. At most, you can eat one. When I looked at the recipe book and saw this practice, I immediately noticed that there was more mixing, and the original boring boiled egg immediately became rich.
The coriander leaves are removed, the coriander stalks are cut into small pieces, the red peppers are chopped, and the garlic skin is cut into the ends.
Eggs are cooked and peeled.
Pour the eggs into pieces and place them in a large bowl prepared in advance.
Add the minced garlic, parsley, red pepper, red oil and salt to the bowl with the eggs.
Mix the eggs with the various seasonings.
1. Eggs can be cooked until they are ripe. Add water to the pot and boil, put a small spoonful of salt, then put the eggs placed at room temperature into the pot for 8 minutes, remove the cold peeling. 2. When mixing eggs, use two spoons to match each other and mix them so that the eggs are not easy to break. 3. Coriander leaves are easy to soften and taste less, so only the parsley stems are used.
