The combination of okra and oyster sauce is indeed tender and delicious. Before I saw it, other kitchen friends shared a refreshing way of collecting dried juice and a layer of juice. In fact, the cooked soup is more nutritious! Especially the digestive function of the old elders may not be as good as the younger generation, and the digestive function of the children is not fully developed. They can absorb most of the nutrients through the soup! Okra, also known as croissant~ contains pectin, nougat, etc. It has the effect of helping digestion, treating gastritis, protecting skin and gastric mucosa, and is regarded as one of the best health vegetables in humans. Cool vegetables, gastrointestinal cold, people with frequent diarrhea should not eat more.
Okra is washed and ready for use.
The garlic is chopped.
After the pot of water is boiled, put 1/4 teaspoon of oil and put it in the okra for about two minutes. Turn off the heat and put it into the cool water (pictured). The color of the cooked okra is obviously bright green.
Then the okra is sliced diagonally (as shown).
The water in the pot is drained~ Put another spoonful of oil in the hot pot and add the garlic to the fragrant incense. Pour in the okra and stir fry for about 10 seconds, then stiren a tablespoon of oyster sauce and 4 tablespoons of water. Try the taste, and the juice will roll up to enjoy.
My usual practice is to first cook and then slice, why not slice and then cook? Because if you slice it first and then put it into the water, it will melt into the water and lose most of the nutrients!
