Pasta 1 (80g), mushroom (Wang Pleurotus, Pleurotus ostreatus, Hericium erinaceus, Shiitake, etc.) 100g, garlic 5 petals (25g), green pepper 1/2, edible oil 4 tablespoons
Drain in a large bowl (4 cups of water + 1 teaspoon of salt) to boil. After cooking the noodles according to the time written on the wrapping paper, remove the water.
