This is a series of garlic that the wife and children especially like to eat, light and delicious.
First, the lettuce is sharpened and washed. Cut into your favorite length and drain the water for spare.

Note: 1. The oil must be hot, otherwise there will be no crisp feeling. 2. The garlic and lettuce tips must be put together, otherwise the garlic will turn yellow and the color will not look good.
