Heat the oil in the pot, take the pepper and pepper when you smoke lightly, and scent the scent. Turn off the heat and wait for a little cold to remove the pepper pepper.
Open fire, under the garlic, slightly saute, under the auricle (or other green vegetables). Add the right amount of salt stir fry, the vegetables can be slightly simmered, otherwise it will be old, there is no fresh energy :)
