Wash the bacon, boil it in boiling water, and then take it out and let it cool.
Wash the garlic and cut into inches.
Put a little base oil in the pot (if the bacon is more fat than you can put it), pour the bacon and stir-fry the oil, then add the garlic and dried pepper to stir fry.
Stir-fry can be served.
Note that the bacon should not be fried too much, and stir-fry until the fat is light.
