Simple oven dish
Peel and chop the garlic, add butter and a little salt and sauté until golden.
The coarse asparagus is cut off at the end of the fiber and placed at the bottom of the baking sheet. Sprinkle a little olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt. (This step is optional)
Wash the lobster in half and cut it into a baking tray. Spray a little cooking wine. Spread the fried garlic.
Preheat the oven 180 degrees
Feed into the oven, 180 degrees and 12 minutes.
Take it out and grind some Parmesan cheese. Throw it back into the oven and turn it on/grill for 3 to 5 minutes until the surface is crispy and golden.
