  3. Garlic moss cut into small pieces for use

  4. Put the oil on the onion, ginger and garlic, and add the garlic to the moss.

  5. Stir fry for 2 minutes, add in sauté and stir fry for 2 minutes, add in oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic chilli sauce. Stir fry 2-3 times, out of the pot. It tastes great
