★★★Preparation materials★★★ Pick a quality crab, clean it, and cut the shell into four. The onion ginger and garlic are prepared, the mushrooms and carrots are cut, and the cauliflower is cut into small pieces. Pork shredded, marinated with soy sauce, old wine, salt, and black pepper for more than 20 minutes. Slice the ginkgo and put it in a hot oil pan for a little frying. This step is called oil to prevent the ginkgo from sticking together when it is fried with the ingredients.
Heat the hot pot, pour the oil, and sauté the shallot and ginger. Turn to medium heat, pour in the meat and stir fry for about a minute.
Then pour in carrots, mushrooms, and broccoli for about two minutes.
Pour in the crab and stir fry, add some water and cook for a minute or so.
Pour the oiled ginkgo, stir fry for about 2 minutes, add the right amount of salt and fish sauce to taste. You can also add no fish sauce, which is the purest seafood flavor.
Put the pan in a pan, sprinkle with diced green onion, and finish.
