I have recently done a lot of tiger skin rolls~ to record my own operations.
The second bottom of the Siemens oven, the grilling net is placed in reverse, and the oven is preheated at 200 °C. Bake for 10-11 minutes, subject to the color of the tiger skin.
First make a roll~ I usually apply 170g of cream inside. After the volume is set, the tiger skin is made again. After the tiger skin is completely dried, 60-70g of whipped cream is applied, and the surface of the original cake roll is applied, and the tiger skin is wrapped up.
