Juice bursting, jam is saved!
Beat the eggs and stir into the egg mixture. (Use a deep plate to make it easier to use the egg toast)
Carambola washed, cut edges, cut slices (I cut about 3~4mm, too thin, no meat, too thick, afraid of sticking toast)
Put a little oil in the pot, put 2~3 pieces of carambola slices, take out a piece of toast and put in the egg tray to pick up the egg liquid (I only lick one side), quickly put the side with the egg liquid in the pot. On the carambola slice, the egg can be turned over when the egg is solidified.
The side of the egg liquid is fried enough to turn the toast over and grill it on the back. Then you can eat hot toast (^ー^)ノ
I used a non-stick pan so I didn't burn it, but I used a small fire throughout the whole process.
