Simple fritter practice
It is a family of three, a pack of milk and an egg.
The amount of salt can be based on personal taste, if it is too light to eat very greasy.
Mix the milk, eggs, oil, salt, and yeast together (the amount of oil is about twice that of the usual cooking). The fritters that are too little to be fried are dried.
Put in the right amount of flour, do not need to add water, do not harden the surface
Wait until the face is almost the same, use the oil to rub the face with your hands, just like this, cover it with plastic wrap and wait for the fermentation.

Put the oil in the pot, wait until the oil is turned on, put the agent into the pot, and change the small fire after the oil is turned on.
The oil used is different, and the color of the fried fritters is also different. My fire is a bit big.
