The fragrant sand tea sauce wraps the tender heart of the pig! Great taste! It’s a great meal!
The pig's heart is soaked in blood and cut into thin slices; the shallots are cut into pieces, and half of the garlic is sliced and chopped. Pig heart plus [Group A] marinate for 15 minutes, wait until the fried, add a little bit of starch and stir to stir fry.
Pour the oil in the pot, the oil is hot and the garlic and scallion are scented.
Pour into the pig heart and stir fry quickly to change color
Add the sand tea sauce and shallots and stir fry evenly to turn off the heat. Season the salt before seasoning.
1 tablespoon = 15ml, 1 scoop = 10ml, 1 teaspoon = 5ml, 1 teaspoon = 5ml.
