This is one of my favorite ways to make shrimp. It is best to eat crispy shrimp! So share it~
Wash the shrimp first, cut off the whiskers, and pick the black lines behind them. Marinate the prepared shrimps with salt, cooking wine and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
It is best to use the kitchen paper to dry the marinated juice (to avoid spilling oil into the pot). Burn the oil in the pot, fry the shrimp to discolor, and remove it for use!
Then cook some fresh oil, fry the bread and filter the oil.
Pour a small amount of oil into the pan and pour the garlic into the pan until it becomes golden brown. (If you like, you can cut some onions and put it into the sauce.)
Then add the chopped red pepper, fried bread crumbs and shrimp stir-fry for a while, you can!
You can enjoy it with the plate!
When the shrimp is marinated as much as possible, put the shrimp into the fried bread crumbs and continue to stir fry, so there is no need to put any seasoning. The pan is very crispy, you have to eat it hot!
