Notes:

This fried rice is done most often, so that I have never thought of taking photos.  Friends often come to eat and often fry a big pot, can't eat, take a walk and go to work to eat. Less nonsense on practice

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Wash the pumpkin, peel it and cut it into 1 cm or so.

  2. Mushrooms to dicing, quick-frozen green bean corn defrosting

  3. Heat a little oil in the pot, stir the pumpkin and stir well and add water without the pumpkin. Cook over low heat until the water is half.

  4. Crush half of the pumpkin with a spoon, add green beans, corn mushrooms, stir-fry, season with black pepper and salt

  5. Add rice and stir well to serve

Tips:

1. Don't throw pumpkin seeds, dry and sauté the pumpkin seeds to eat. 2. Don't throw mushrooms, you can use it as a natural seasoning. 3. If it is the rice that is prepared for fried rice, remember to add less water than the usual rice, so the rice will not stick. The ratio of rice to water is about 1:1.2, adjusted according to the situation  The cooked rice is stirred up with a rice spoon, so that it won’t be drowned when fried.
