  3. The rapeseed is chopped, the pepper is cut into sections, and the tenderloin is shredded with rice wine, salt, and MSG. The eggs are broken.

  4. From the oil pan, first add the pork tenderloin, stir fry, and simmer it, then pour it into the egg liquid, stir it into pieces, and sprinkle it.

  5. Pour a little more oil (the rice noodles are not easy to paste), cook until 7 minutes, add the garlic slices and saute, add the chopped red peppers, stir fry, add the rape, shredded pork and eggs, stir-fry, Add salt and chicken in moderation

  6. Finally, put in the rice flour drained, stir fry, pour in soy sauce, stir fry a small amount of soup for about 3 minutes.

Tips:

Those who have a heavy taste can put more soy sauce and chili, and it’s better to stir it a little.
