Green pepper shredded pork and garlic shredded pork, is the favorite dish when I was a child. Every time I fry these two dishes at home, I can add a bowl of white rice.
Cut the pork tenderloin with a little salt, sugar (a little bit), rice wine, soy sauce and marinate.
Wash the garlic and control the water to cut the inch.
From the oil pan, the oil is 70% hot and marinated in the shredded pork. After the stir-fry, stir-fry until the color changes, add the onion ginger and pour the shabu-shabu, add a little bit of old-fashioned color (control the amount yourself, call out the desired reddish color can)
Stir-fried pork is served.
In addition, fry the garlic in a frying pan, stir fry for a while until the garlic shoots become soft and discolored, add a little salt to taste.
Pour in the fried pork and stir well.
