The food I love is a combination of fresh ingredients and simple practices. The seasonings are used as little or as little as possible, and the original flavor of the food can be tasted best. Those dishes that are too finely crafted often don't leave me an impression.
1. Pork shredded pork is added to soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, raw flour, peanut oil, and hand grasped. 2. Carrot shredded 3. Pour the right amount of oil in the pot. After boiling, pour in the pork, slip, fry until the pork is ripe. Pour the carrot into the pork. Quickly stir fry until the carrot is ripe and add a little salt. Seasoning with onion and oyster sauce.
This dish has more black fungus, as above.
