Fresh boletus removes the tail of the sediment and rinses thoroughly. You can soak for 20 minutes with light salt water.
Boletus cut slices. Because of oxidation, it will turn green immediately, so it is also called hand blue.
In the middle to the big fire, add a lot of vegetable oil in the pot, stir fry under the boletus. The fried boletus will restore the previous color and the cyan will disappear. Continue to fry, turn to the fire for about 40 minutes.
Finally add salt, small dried red pepper, and wrinkled skin pepper, stir fry for three or five minutes, you can cook.
