I often fry, give my husband and me a meal.

I use a pressure cooker for a few minutes, or you can cook it in a pot for a while. Remember to add salt to the water so that the salt can enter the beans. When cooking, you can leave the salt, and you can avoid repeating the salt to make the minced meat salty.
The minced meat is stirred with ginger, diced green onion, soy sauce, cooking wine and salt for 15 minutes in advance; the hot oil in the cold pot is placed in the pepper pot and poured into the minced meat.
Put the minced meat on the side that has been dumped, pour all the ingredients into the fire, and stir fry quickly.
Stir fry with the ingredients, and then stir-fry with the minced meat again until the soup is out.
Basically no additional salt is required.
