Freshly marketed pea sprouts, full of flavor, simple and fast
Wash pea sprouts and remove old roots
Hot pot with a little oil, fragrant green onion, minced garlic
Pour the pea sprouts into the pot and stir fry
After the water is soft, add a small spoonful of sugar and add some salt and stir fry. Add a small spoon of balsamic vinegar or white wine along the side of the pan. Stir fry and turn off the pan.
